A Leader’s Story

Rajiv (name changed), a senior executive in the FMCG industry, came to us exhausted. Despite his accomplishments and reputation, he felt constantly fatigued. His mornings began with coffee, afternoons dragged in a fog, and evenings ended in irritation.

Three months later, the transformation was undeniable. His colleagues described him as more present, calmer, and sharper in thought. His team felt re-energized under his leadership. At home, his family noticed he laughed more, engaged more, and carried far less stress back with him.
