The Nyōu Program
We provide clients with bespoke variations of our Organizational Value Design & Architecture training program - a program specifically created to
boost corporate culture, productivity, and the bottom line.
The innovative group sessions we conduct, based on our 6 Pillars, trigger self discovery and development in a way that positively impacts all areas of ones
life, thus resulting in a renewed drive and passion for work. This often leads to taking on more responsibilities, taking ownership, and finding success
within a dynamic work environment, contributing in turn to organizational growth.

We offer our programs in different formats:
- Residential Program -
In this comprehensive program, designed for 20-30 attendees, we conduct workshops based on the principles of our 6 pillars, over 3 days.
- Core Group Program -
This program, designed for 2-10 attendees, is for those who are unable to take 3 consecutive days out of work. Here, we meet once a week for 6 weeks (this time/ length breakdown is flexible to suit the client) and conduct workshops based on the principles of our 6 pillars.
- Individual Program -
Through this program, we work one-on-one with emerging leaders, on a need based premise. We identify elements of our 6 pillars that will most benefit their current skill set and productivity, then conduct sessions that focus on those areas.
- Power Sessions -
During these intensive sessions, we address a large group for a brief period of time, usually 1-2 hours, to discuss and understand one element of a specific pillar that would most benefit them. We offer need based 2-3 power sessions under each pillar, and often customize our modules to fit the needs of the client.
